i'm trying to lose weight too and its surprisingly easy once you put your mind to it stretching is awesome caus it makes you toned and flexible and also drinking lots of lemon tea w/ no sugar helps everything you eat pass through

Maybe you could. I've heard of people losing 10 in a week. But then they gain it all back.
