So, I gave in and weighed myself. I know it's 10pm so I'm probably lighter than this normally, but it's still worse than I though. 161lbs. This is going to be my target plan and I need to stick to it.

Do any of you lovelies have any 'punishment' ideas for when you don't reach your targets? Fasting just doesn't work for me - I have to spend too much time awake! I would really appreciate your ideas :-)

I was always happy at 107lbs. 104 would be perfect though :-) A long way to go and it's going to be a bloody awful journey, but I can do this. I have to.

    1. Sorry, I had to delete my stupid comment. It was way to long. I just wanted to let you know that I know how you feel. it sucks being in the 160's range. You don't want to be this weight. I'm almost due and weigh 163 lbs. and at 5'6 people just think I'm fat. Don't give up. You can do it. Just remember. Keep your control. If you gotta eat eat a bunch of low calorie foods through out the day. (grapes strawberries crackers cheese strings low fat dannon yogurt plain Eggo waffle etc) and don't go over the recommended servings

  3. sounds like an almost perfect plan. remember, it does not matter if you fall 7 times, if you manage to stand up 8.
